Requirements
Responsibilities:<ul>

Manage a busy caseload under supervision from inception through settlement or verdict.
</li><li>Engage in all aspects of litigation, including pleading preparation, discovery, motion practice, and trials as experience grows.
</li><li>Long-term commitment with opportunities for growth and professional development.</li>

Qualifications:<ul>

Previous personal injury experience preferred.
</li><li>Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.</li>

Compensation:<ul>

Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 annually depending on experience.</li>
<li>Additional Compensation: You will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and salary raises with no ceiling, with no billable hours required. Additionally, you will receive one-third of the total fee collected on any cases you refer directly to the firm in the future.</li></ul></div>
