Your role as an Administrative Assistant:
<ul><li>
Process incoming calls for our subsidiary companies, forwarding them to the appropriate team or individual in an accurate and courteous manner</li><li>
Process incoming and outgoing mail (including FedEx)</li><li>
Receive and accurately enter customer orders</li><li>
Maintaining an inventory of office supplies</li><li>
Miscellaneous accounting duties, such as preparation of purchase orders, processing of accounts payable and invoicing</li><li>
Other administrative duties as needed</li></ul>

Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>

Ability to multi-task</li><li>
Strong organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to work effectively in an environment with constant interruptions</li><li>
Switchboard experience</li><li>
Proficiency with MS Office</li><li>
One to three years of experience in an administrative capacity</li></ul>
