 r who is looking to be a significant contributor to the execution of municipal projects.
 
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide construction observation services for municipal projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee and coordinate contracted services, including survey and material testing
 </li>
 <li>
 Document and verify adherence to project specifications (daily log, quantities, submittals, etc...)
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and property owners regarding project scope, timelines, and related project issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate roadway design project plans with associated utility companies
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High School diploma or GED
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of experience in construction observation or equal combination of formal education and applicable experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous municipal construction experience (i.e. storm/sanitary sewer, watermain, paving, grading, etc&hellip;)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Associates Degree in Civil Engineering Technology or Construction Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Completion of Wisconsin DOT certifications (PCC1, PCC2, Aggregate Tech, HMA Sampler, etc&hellip;)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
