We are looking for a Production Scheduler who embodies these values and is excited to grow with 
a team committed to learning, innovation, and impact Responsibilities:</div>
<ul><li>Review and coordinate all paperwork needed for our production installations</li>
<li>Stay in close communication with our customers as needed for each project, including scheduling their installations, checking on quality issues, and ensuring that they are constantly in the know</li>
<li>Keep client records and files updated so they are always ready when we need them</li>
<li>Ensure our construction projects are complete and error-free</li>
<li>Provide tactical support to the production department and managers</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Demonstrable experience in production/job scheduling, administration, and/or customer service</li>
<li>Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to see the picture while having a high attention to every detail</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications required, plus ability to navigate software programs</li>
<li>Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen &amp; background check</li>

This is an in-office position located in College Grove, not remote. Full-time M-F w/ rotating Saturdays.
Hourly Range: $21-25
