Takes parts orders by telephone</li><li>
Researches parts requested through effective and efficient use of Internet catalogues available through manufacturers</li><li>
Handles retail parts transactions with customers</li><li>
Follows procedures and processes for ordering, selling, delivering and handling parts returns</li><li>
Promotes manufacturer's brand parts to generate the highest revenues possible</li><li>
Learns about various machinery parts to provide the most accurate and timely service possible to customers needing parts</li><li>
Assists Parts Manager with inventory counts and annual inventory-taking</li><li>
Resolves customer complaints effectively, rarely resorting to complaint escalation to the Parts Manager</li><li>
Treats customers fairly, honestly, and ethically to demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices</li><li>
Assists other employees with their daily tasks and procedures as time allows</li><li>
Maintains a neat and organized work area</li><li>
Communicates in a service-oriented, positive and professional manner and maintains a cool and calm demeanor at all times</li></ul><ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED required</li><li>
Associates Degree preferred</li><li>
Minimum 1+ years of experience with parts counter sales in the construction, agricultural or automotive industries required</li><li>
Strong electronic media search skills requires</li><li>
1+ years of direct customer service experience required</li><li>
Computerized technology devices and Microsoft Office software proficiency required</li><li>
Valid commercial driver's license preferred or may be required to obtain within specified time period</li><li>
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed</li></ul></div><p></p>
