You may be asked to stay a little longer depending on need. We are closed on Sundays and you will receive one additional day off during the week. All drivers are required to be available for teardown when needed.Delivery driver is for Dallas only. They must be able to multi-task and follow through on every task while comfortably working in a high-pressure time sensitive environment.Skills Required:<ul><li>Professional phone and email etiquette.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Great customer service and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Friendly, service-oriented, empathetic personality.</li><li>Keen attention to detail.</li><li>Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheet software, and Apple prouducts.</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds with assistance.</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license.</li><li>Must be able to write and speak in a polished and professional manner.</li><li>Ability to work quickly while maintaining unparalleled quality - ability to adapt quickly is key.</li><li>Work well under deadlines and in high stress situations.</li><li>Must be able to work around two dogs.</li><li>Good communication skills with other team members.</li><li>Willingness to learn, open to new ideas, and desire to learn new techniques including but not limited to plant care, flower types, etc.</li><li>MUST have a love for flowers.</li></ul>Job Duties:<ul><li>Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate.</li><li>Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel.</li><li>Managing schedules for meetings, interviews, etc.</li><li>Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies.</li><li>Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.</li><li>Coordinate office events for clients and/or employees.</li><li>Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment.</li><li>Ordering repairs for office equipment and maintenance, connecting with and escorting vendors.</li><li>Special projects as assigned by the Manager and Owner.</li><li>Packaging floral arrangements for delivery in a timely manner while maintaning quality.</li><li>Assisting with events on Saturday's if needed.</li></ul>Looking for a passionate and talented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
