The Gatesworth is a locally owned and operated, award-winning senior living community. We are seeking a compassionate and organized Part-Time Receptionist/Office Coordinator to support our Personal Care team. In this key role, you will be the welcoming face and voice of the Personal Care department. Think of yourself as a Personal Care office associate&mdash;no two days are quite the same.

Schedule &amp; Compensation:
Please note: This position requires availability for one of the two fixed schedules below.
Option A Scheduling (Part-time 34 hours/week): Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 a.m. &ndash; 4:00 p.m.
Option B Scheduling (Part-time 17 hours/week) : Saturday and Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Pay: $18.50 per hour
What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Serve as the main point of contact for the Personal Care Department, greeting visitors and residents with a warm, welcoming demeanor.</li><li>
Operate our phone and two-way radio systems, directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.</li><li>
Assist with resident billing and maintain accurate records and handle daily administrative tasks, including billing reports and supply management.</li><li>
Provide essential support to the Director of Personal Care and RNs.</li><li>
Contribute to our mission of enhancing the quality of life for each resident, every single day.</li></ul> 
What We're Looking For:<ul><li>
At least 2 years of experience in an office environment, with a background in senior living or healthcare preferred.</li><li>
Strong computer skills, including experience with scheduling systems.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient personality.</li><li>
A high level of professionalism and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.</li><li>
The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.</li><li>
A reliable and responsible approach to work.</li></ul> 
This is a part-time position that offers a 401(K), bi-weekly pay with daily pay options, discounted rates at Club Fitness, and a welcoming team oriented environment!
