Job SummaryThe HIS Support &amp; Implementation Executive will be responsible for deploying, configuring, supporting, and maintaining Hospital Information Systems (HIS) at healthcare facilities. The role entails close collaboration with hospital staff, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and efficient operation of HIS modules. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for resolving user issues, providing training, and assisting with system enhancements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Implementation and Deployment:</li><li>Conduct requirements analysis to understand client needs and tailor the HIS system to meet hospital specifications.</li><li>Configure HIS modules (e.g., radiology, lab booking, epharmacy, nurse booking) based on hospital workflow and process requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with software development teams for customizations or new features as per hospital requirements.</li><li>Execute testing and quality assurance to ensure system reliability and accuracy during deployment.</li><li>User Training and Support:</li><li>Provide initial and ongoing training to end-users, including doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals.</li><li>Develop training materials, user manuals, and documentation to support system usage and troubleshooting.</li><li>Assist users with system navigation, addressing any queries or difficulties they encounter.</li><li>System Maintenance and Support:</li><li>Monitor HIS system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure continuous, high-quality service.</li><li>Act as the primary support contact for users, providing timely resolution to system-related inquiries.</li><li>Coordinate with the IT team to implement updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain the system&rsquo;s efficiency and security.</li><li>Client Relationship Management:</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff and key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and ongoing system improvement.</li><li>Collect feedback from users on system performance and report necessary improvements or customizations to the development team.</li><li>Continuous Improvement and Innovation:</li><li>Stay updated on new HIS technologies and industry trends to recommend relevant upgrades and enhancements.</li><li>Actively participate in improving system functionalities based on feedback and emerging healthcare requirements.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in HIS implementation, support, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.</li><li>Proficiency in HIS software, hospital workflows, and healthcare information technology.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations may be required based on project needs.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
