We are looking to hire a Clinical Research Coordinator for the Orthopaedic Hand and Upper Extremity Department as well as Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department (one position) at Massachusetts General Hospital.<br>

The responsibilities of this job are:<br>
<ul><li>Report to the PI and will work closely with biostatisticians, data managers, and study staff to support study operations, data collection and quality control, and reporting of research findings</li><li>Participate in all phases of research projects, from conception and design of studies through proofing manuscripts for submission to academic journals</li><li>Monitor study activities for compliance with all applicable regulations and facilitate trainings for study personnel as needed</li><li>Partner with collaborators and study staff across sites on oversight of studies, standard operating procedure development and review, and data quality assurance</li><li>Assist in preparation of posters and slides for presentation at research conferences</li><li>Support preparation progress reports, applications, and related documents</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

Summary<br>
Following established policies, procedures, and study protocols, provides assistance on clinical research studies, including recruiting, evaluating, and consenting patients for studies; collecting and organizing patient data; scheduling patients for study visits; performing clinical tests such as phlebotomy, EKGs, etc.; and maintaining and updating data generated by the study. Candidates who are in the process of completing their bachelor's degree have a six-month grace period from their hire date (up to one year if starting on a per diem basis) to provide degree equivalency verification.<br>

We are seeking a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator II at the Corrigan Minehan Heart Center Clinical Research Program in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. The Heart Center has a dynamic and growing program in clinical and translational research, dedicated to advancing our understanding of a wide range of cardiovascular diseases and innovative interventions. The individual hired for this position will work as an integral member of a diverse team of researchers to ensure the successful execution of groundbreaking cardiovascular clinical trials.<br>

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities may vary according to projects, but include the following:<br>
