The George McCranie Law Firm is looking for an experienced Case Manager to join our Immigration Department. Our team is carefully selected to create and deliver an amazing customer experience, and we are now seeking a skilled professional who has previously worked on immigration cases such as U-Visas, AOS, VAWA, K1 Visas, and Green Card Renewals. In this role, you will play an important part in helping our clients navigate complex immigration processes while ensuring their experience with our firm is exceptional. You need to have a caring and supportive nature that will shine through as you help customers through some of the more difficult times in their lives.Why work at The George McCranie Law Firm, it&rsquo;s a great chance to make new friends and grow your career in a high-energy, extremely efficient and family-friendly atmosphere.Once you are hired a typical day for you will be:<ul><li>Prepare and organize immigration case packages such as U-Visas, AOS, VAWA, K1 Visas, and Green Card Renewals</li><li>Support attorneys and team members by maintaining accurate case files and ensuring all documents are properly completed and submitted on time</li><li>Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to provide updates or collect required information</li><li>Handle administrative tasks, data entry, and document management</li><li>Assist at reception when needed by greeting clients, answering calls, and routing inquiries</li></ul>What You Bring to the Role<ul><li>Bilingual in Spanish and English</li><li>Experience preparing and handling U.S. immigration cases including U-Visa, AOS, VAWA, K1, and Green Card Renewals</li><li>Strong organizational and administrative skills</li><li>Excellent communication and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to follow procedures and maintain strict client confidentiality</li><li>Computer literacy and comfort using case management software</li></ul>What You Can Expect<ul><li>Knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive and present leadership</li><li>Working with a team of 40+ staff</li><li>Weekly training</li><li>Talk to face to face, text, call and video chat with customers every day</li><li>Positive work environment based on achievable goals</li><li>Stability</li></ul>About The George McCranie Law Firm We are an immigration, criminal and personal injury law firm.
