Position Summary</h2>

The Ghoman Group is seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Indianapolis office located at 5855 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46224. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to management, coordinate office operations, and help ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Provide administrative support to management and department leaders.
</li>
<li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
</li>
<li>Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain executive calendars.
</li>
<li>Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
</li>
<li>Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
</li>
<li>Assist with data entry, record management, and document organization.
</li>
<li>Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
</li>
<li>Support HR with onboarding documentation and employee records as needed.
</li>
<li>Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics.
</li>
<li>Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.
</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant or office support experience.
</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
</li>
<li>Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
</li>
<li>Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
</li>

 Front Desk Agent Job Description:
 
 
 We are looking to hire an upbeat front desk agent to assist with checking guests in and out of our establishment. The front desk agent will assist guests with inquiries, problems, and complaints. The front desk agent will be responsible for receiving guests&rsquo; payments and for balancing the cash at end of the shift. You will be familiar with the hotel layout, be up to date with different tariffs and special offers, understand the in-house restaurant's operation to facilitate guests' dining reservations and to make recommendations, and be proficient with operating the switchboard. You will ensure keys are handed back on guests' departure.

 Front Desk Agent Responsibilities:

 Greeting and thanking guests in a sincere, friendly manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Checking guests in on arrival and out on departure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Posting charges to appropriate guest accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipating and addressing guests' needs, and resolving their problems and complaints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting guests with disabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operating switchboard and assisting with inquiries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting the reservations manager with taking reservations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating and communicating with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complying with company procedures and safety policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing duties on a daily checklist.

 Job Qualification :
 
 
 Front Desk Agent Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 1+ years of front desk agent experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Well-groomed, professional appearance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player.
 </li>
 <li>
 Physically agile, and able to stand for extended periods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.
 </li>
