The primary purpose of this job is to act as the liason between team members and management, assist team members in navagating the MyRewardsEveryday website, complete pre-screenings, complete orientations, maintain records, and is responsible for store uniforms. 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
<ul><li>Check-in with the management team to discuss any new or existing team member needs.
</li><li>Review email and other related areas on the computer.</li><li>Coordinate the hiring process with reviewing applications, complete pre-screenings, set-up interviews, complete orientations, and assist human resources business partner (HRBP)with external job postings.
</li><li>Oversee the completion of new hire computer-based training and ensure new team members are scheduled for on-the-job training.
</li><li>Ensure completion of the required annual computer-based training throughout the year.
</li><li>Responsible for the inventory levels of uniforms and supplies.</li><li>Work with management to plan and execute various events throughout the store, such as job fairs, recruiting events, and holiday parties within budget.
</li><li>Maintain confidential records and proper disposal of records after the retention period has ended.

QUALIFICATIONS 
 
<ul><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S.</li><li>Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner and to comply with company policies and safety regulations.</li><li>Must be 18 years of age.</li><li>Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.</li><li>Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position.</li><li>Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.</li><li>Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.</li><li>Must be able to perform all job functions safely.</li><li>Must meet the company performance standards for the job.</li><li>Must agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job.</li><li>Must have keyboard skills.
</li><li>Display confidentiality with sensitive team member issues and company information.</li></ul> 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 
 
<ul><li>Shift hours: minimum 8-hour shifts</li><li>Job cycles: continual</li><li>Max. lift/carry: 25 lbs. (case of uniforms)</li><li>Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%</li><li>Category III: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 35 lbs.</li><li>Max. pull static: 20 lbs.</li></ul> 
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS 
 
<ul><li>Team members are responsible for understanding company policy and procedures as promulgated in the policy and procedure manual and the team member handbook.</li><li>Know MSDS information about all materials used during work.</li><li>Must complete and follow Lockout/Tagout training.</li><li>Must complete and follow Confined Space training.</li><li>Must complete Right-to-Know training.</li><li>Must complete store specific HIPAA training.</li></ul>
