Job Title: Coordinator, Global Supply Chain OperationsDepartment: Global Supply Chain and LogisticsStatus: Regular Full-Time, ExemptLocation: Nashville, Tennessee Gideons International HeadquartersPurpose and ScopeThe Coordinator, Global Supply Chain Operations will support the operational needs of the department by coordinating Scripture orders and logistics for international countries, coordinating regular communication with members and vendors, and maintaining systems and reports. This role is the primary point of contact for international Scripture orders, ensuring that orders are received, prepared, processed, shipped, and delivered according to schedule. This role requires agility in execution while considering a wide variety of parallel projects at various stages of completion. This role also facilitates ongoing process improvement and optimization initiatives. The coordinator will possess strong communication, solid interpersonal skills, a collaborative nature, and a highly organized approach. The coordinator will also apply technical expertise, attention to detail, high integrity and cultural agility in support of the needs of the organization.Essential Job Functions<ul><li>Assist Operations Manager in administering, processing, verifying, prioritizing, placing, fulfilling and invoicing of international countries&rsquo; Scripture orders and warehouse transfers</li><li>Initiate sales orders and other related inventory transactions in NetSuite</li><li>Coordinate inter-camp Scripture transfer requests</li><li>Initiate and communicate transfer requests between regional warehousing hubs</li><li>Maintain and update shipping information databases</li><li>Maintain and update order/shipment history databases</li><li>Prepare and analyze reports and KPIs related to Scripture orders</li><li>Maintain contact with vendors regarding the status of Scripture shipments and purchase orders</li><li>Support international members with communication and documentation regarding pending Scripture shipments, questions, and exceptions</li><li>Prepare and submit documentation related to pre-shipment requirements, invoices, and accounts payable</li><li>Collaborate with the Inventory Analysts, International Countries Division, and National Associations Division as needed related to Scripture orders, goals, and projections</li><li>Collaborate with the Inventory Analyst, GSC&amp;L to provide visibility of orders, trends, projections, and available inventory</li><li>Analyze current practices to determine efficiency and recommend improvements</li><li>Assist in primary duties in the absence of Manager, Supply Chain Operations and Services, Global Supply Chain &amp; Logistics (GSC&amp;L)</li><li>Assist Manager, Supply Chain Operations and Services to compile, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</li><li>Assist Manager, Supply Chain Operations and Services in tracking International Country Scripture inventory and evaluating storage and delivery solutions</li><li>Assist International Headquarters with clarity, communication, and strategy related to sensitive countries</li></ul>Other Essential Functions<ul><li>Assist in the development and updates of standard operating procedures for GSC&amp;L</li><li>Manage outgoing correspondence &ndash; email, post, phone, etc.</li><li>Manage the organization, storage and retrieval of data/information in conjunction with the Information Technology team</li><li>Respond to phone calls and email requests for Scriptures and other inquires according to policy</li><li>Participate in departmental team meetings</li><li>Participate in daily morning staff devotions; on a rotating basis serve by praying and reading Scripture in support of devotion leader.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Working RelationshipsReports To: Manager, Supply Chain Operations and ServicesPeople Management Responsibility: NoneWorks Closely With: (Internally) Global Supply Chain and Logistics, International Countries Division and Headquarters staff. <div>Purpose and Scope

The Administrative Assistant, Executive Division supports the Special Assistant to the Executive Director and the Executive Team at The Gideons International Headquarters. Effectively works with internal and external customers with a high level of care and confidentiality. Performs administrative tasks effectively and efficiently while modeling and utilizing excellent process management skills that help to continuously improve the services. The successful candidate will exhibit competence in the role, possess strong communication skills, confidentiality, interpersonal and organizational skills. 


Essential Job Functions
<ul><li>
Perform advanced, varied, and confidential administrative duties requiring first-rate administrative skills.</li><li>
Fields calls, emails, and correspondence, and resolves routine issues/concerns.</li><li>
Responsible for special projects where only broad direction is available for anticipated results.</li><li>
Works closely with International Cabinet and Committees to include monitoring travel itineraries and making lodging arrangements.
</li><li>Organize meeting logistics by arranging transportation, securing reservations, coordinating dining contracts, planning menus, and ordering food, while adhering to all required break and meal procedures.</li><li>
Assist with Cabinet and committee agendas and materials including Books of Reports for meetings.</li><li>
Coordinate national and state association convention assignment information for committee action.</li><li>
Prepare the final version of meeting minutes and supporting documentation for International Cabinet and committees.</li><li>
Assemble the packets of materials provided to each cabinet member at the International Convention, i.e. Convention programs, registration information, and handouts needed for the cabinet meeting.</li><li>
Maintain listing for Bible Message and Music Director/Soloist, for past and future International Conventions for review by the Executive Committee and International Cabinet</li><li>
Ability to minimize interruptions in the Executive Division and redirect all distractions.
</li><li>Effectively manage outgoing correspondence in a timely manner &ndash; email, post and telephone</li><li>
Utilize standard protocol for the organization, storage and retrieval of data/information including the Shared Filing Center</li><li>
Update the Intranet Organizational Calendar with Cabinet and Committee meetings.</li><li>
Copy, collate and create binders for special meetings and projects.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
