To be <b>QUALIFIED</b> for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED, CDA or higher. Experience is a PLUS!</div><div>

Employment Dates: May 19th through August 13th</b></div><div>
</div><div><b>
Required Shift:</b><b> </b>Monday - Friday</div><div>
</div><div><b>
Compensation:</b> $15-$17</div><div>

Main Job Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Prepare lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate using current curriculum guides.</li><li>
Implement lesson plans/curriculum on a weekly basis covering all areas of child development and carry out lesson plans according to classroom schedule/daily routine; Use our parent communication app efficiently.</li><li>
Establish a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.</li><li>
Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs; and maintaining an organized, clean, safe, and appropriately decorated classroom.</li><li>
Maintain a child assessment and portfolio for each child, as well as conduct biannual parent/teacher conferences during the month of November and May.</li><li>
Provide additional supervision of children during field trips and off-site activities.</li><li>
Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.</li><li>
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.</li><li>
Carry out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children.</li></ul><div>
