Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Market &amp; Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. This role involves developing engaging campaigns, managing social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand growth and customer engagement. Experience with SEO, graphic design, and web analytics is highly valued to ensure our messaging resonates effectively with target audiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our online identity and fostering meaningful relationships with our community.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tim Tok, Twitter, and LinkedIn..</li><li>Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with the Hotel &amp; Restuarant branding guidelines.</li><li>Manage daily social media activities including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments to foster community interaction.</li><li>Conduct social listening to gauge brand sentiment and identify emerging trends or potential issues.</li><li>Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic design and video editing to produce high-quality visual content.</li><li>Execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns and optimize them based on performance data from Google Analytics and web analytics tools.</li><li>Perform keyword research and SEO optimization to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.</li><li>Coordinate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through strategic outreach and relationship management.</li><li>Track campaign performance metrics, analyze data insights, and prepare reports to inform future marketing initiatives.</li><li>Support e-commerce efforts by integrating social media campaigns with online sales channels.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating content creation skills.</li><li>Familiarity with social listening tools, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and scheduling platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics, and Facebook Advertising is essential.</li><li>Experience in graphic design, video editing, photography, branding, public relations, and relationship management is preferred.</li><li>Ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.</li><li>Strong proofreading skills to ensure all content maintains high quality standards.</li><li>Prior experience in e-commerce or web-based marketing campaigns is a plus.
