 SEARCHING FOR AN ASSISTANT TEACHER/ FLOATER FROM 3PM to 6PM!
 
 
 
 We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for our students. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a positive impact on young lives. This position is Monday-Friday from 3pm-6pm!
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Assist lead teachers with classroom activities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and engage with children during structured and free-play activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support children&rsquo;s needs, including snacks, bathroom assistance, and maintaining routines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Float between classrooms to provide coverage as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with staff, children, and parents in a professional manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all times.
