<li>Developing strong relationships with our families</li>
<li>Managing a budget</li>
<li>Complying with state childcare licensing regulations</li>
<li>Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education</li>

<ul><li>Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field</li>

<li>Proactive about building relationships with new families and maintaining high enrollment to make sure the students have access to the best curriculum available</li>
