The Goddard School&reg; located in Princeton, TX is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Resource Teacher to join our team. At our School, we put our teachers first because they put our students first. As a Resource Teacher, you will collaborate with Lead and Assistant Teachers to implement engaging educational programs and activities. This pivotal role includes classroom support, curriculum enhancement and adapting dynamically to meet the evolving educational needs of our school community.

Resource Teacher Key Responsibilities:

<li>Enhance lesson plans and activities in collaboration with Lead and Assistant Teachers</li>
<li>Provide flexible classroom support for a seamless educational experience</li>
<li>Organize engaging classroom materials</li>
<li>Supervise children indoors and outdoors, ensuring their safety and well-being</li>
<li>Offer personalized attention and foster an inclusive classroom environment</li>
<li>Communicate transparently with parents about children's progress and achievements</li>
<li>Maintain clean and inviting classrooms adhering to health and safety standards</li>
<li>Support routine child care tasks to promote a nurturing learning environment</li>

Teachers will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment. Teachers work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

</li><li>Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
</li><li>1-2 years of previous experience preferred</li>
<li>Has successfully completed state-required pre-service training</li>
<li>Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members</li>
<li>Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking to ensure smooth school operations</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib</li>
