We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing classroom environment, delivering engaging lessons across core subjects, and supporting the academic and personal development of students from Grades UKG to 5.Profile: Primary TeacherLocation: Raj Nagar, GhaziabadReporting to: Branch HeadKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Curriculum Delivery:</li></ul>Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in subjects.<ul><li>Classroom Management:</li></ul>Establish and maintain a safe, positive, and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.<ul><li>Student Assessment:</li></ul>Monitor and assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and exams. Provide feedback to students and communicate progress to parents and school leadership.<ul><li>Lesson Planning:</li></ul>Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and instructional materials in line with the school curriculum and national education standards.<ul><li>Individualized Instruction:</li></ul>Identify students&rsquo; needs and tailor instruction accordingly, including support for students with learning difficulties or advanced abilities.<ul><li>Parent Communication:</li></ul>Maintain regular communication with parents through meetings, reports, and informal interactions to discuss student progress and well-being.<ul><li>Professional Development:</li></ul>Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. Stay updated with best teaching practices and educational trends.<ul><li>Collaboration:</li></ul>Work collaboratively with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff to plan interdisciplinary activities and share best practices.<ul><li>Record Keeping:</li></ul>Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress, attendance, and other required documentation.Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Education:</li></ul>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching qualification. (Additional certification in primary education is an advantage.)<ul><li>Experience:</li></ul>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of teaching experience at the primary level (preferred).<ul><li>Skills:</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong classroom management abilities</li><li>Creativity and enthusiasm for working with children</li><li>Ability to use technology effectively in the classroom</li><li>Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Standard school hours, with occasional evening or weekend events</li><li>Classroom-based with occasional field trips and extracurricular activities</li><li>May involve physical activity, standing for long periods, and active interaction with young learners</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;5,000.00 - &#8377;6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you join immediately ?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Teacher: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
