 Key Projects The Intern Will Support
 
 
 
 
 SharePoint Site Development

 Design and structure SharePoint document libraries and lists.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create a centralized Work Tracker list to monitor team tasks and progress.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop automated flows using Power Automate to:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Read and process incoming emails.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extract relevant content and attachments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Automatically populate SharePoint lists with this data.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
 
 Task Management Form
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build a user-friendly Power Apps form that allows team members to:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Submit new tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assign tasks to specific team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Automatically update the Work Tracker list in SharePoint.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
 
 Parking Management App

 <li>
 Design and develop a Power Apps-based application for managing parking space reservations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate the app with SharePoint to:
 </li>

 Track available and reserved parking spots.
 </li>
 <li>
 Allow users to book and release spaces.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a log of usage for reporting purposes.
 
 </li>

 Education: ongoing Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology
 
 
 Languages: French required, English beneficial
 
 
 Other skills: MS Office
