<div>Robinson Terrace is currently seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team! 
Position Type: Full-Time 
Pay Range: $23-25/hour
Position Overview
This full-time position will be responsible for managing financial documentation, assistant with resident fund management, accounts payable and ensuring that overall residents&rsquo; financial needs are met. You will work directly with residents and their families to help manage their financial obligations while maintaining accuracy in billing and record-keeping. 
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Documentation<ul><li>
Assist residents in understanding and discussing their financial obligations.</li><li>
Input census information and process private bills accurately.</li></ul><ul><li>
Ensure timely and accurate collection of private monies owed to the facility.</li><li>
Accurately manage resident fund accounts as indicated</li></ul>
Collaboration &amp; Communication<ul><li>
Meet with residents and families to discuss financial matters in a clear and professional manner.</li><li>
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless financial operations.</li></ul>
Additional Duties<ul><li>
Perform other finance-related tasks as required by the Administrator.</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and computer skills.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.</li><li>
Familiarity with skilled nursing facility finances is a plus.</li></ul>
