The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is a PT time position. The days and hours for this position are Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, 4pm&ndash;8pm. The receptionist answers incoming telephone calls and greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner. He or she sets the tone for our facility by being an outstanding listener and information source and knows all points-of-contact for every area to promptly assist residents and guests. In addition, he or she performs administrative duties and operates the telephone switchboard for call routing.<br>

The ideal candidate for this position has prior experience in a similar position, strong administrative and organizational skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Greets all residents and guests in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner</li><li>
Directs residents and guests to the appropriate point-of-contact</li><li>
Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly</li><li>
Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel</li><li>
Provides administrative assistance as needed</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED required</li><li>
Previous customer service or related experience preferred</li><li>
Excellent telephone skills</li><li>
Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills</li><li>

The Grand Residence, which brings an unprecedented level of luxury and service to the South Hills of Pittsburgh, was based upon a hospitality model and designed with all the luxurious appointments of a grand hotel.<br>
