<p>Job Summary:<br>
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Associate with a preference for HVAC or plumbing knowledge. Solid computer skills are also preferred, as you will be on the computer for a big part of the day. Other duties will be answering the phone, stocking shelves, transferring material between branches and vendors, and maintaining a clean neat work area The ideal candidate will assist customers with product selections, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the overall success of our sales department.<br>

Qualifications:</p>
<div>Counter Sales Representative: (Preferred but not required skills and experience.)<br>
<ul><li>3 years or more experience in the plumbing, heating, or HVAC trades (in the field)</li><li>3 years or more experience in the plumbing, heating, or HVAC wholesale</li><li>1 year or more experience selling HVAC and Minisplit systems.</li><li>3 years or more experience in sales</li><li>1 year or more experience in warehousing</li><li>Bilingual or Multilingual</li></ul></div>
<div>Responsibilities:<br>
<ul><li>Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries and purchases.</li><li>Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.</li><li>Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li><li>Provide information on product features, pricing, and availability.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.</li><li>Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.</li></ul>
