Our fun, well-established design studio and sign shop, deeply rooted in the Coastside, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team!About Us We&rsquo;re a busy, collaborative studio known for high-quality design work and strong relationships throughout the Coastside. From local small businesses and nonprofits to larger corporate clients, we take pride in creating impactful visuals that make a difference in our community.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Design for print and signage projects, from concept to production</li><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver creative solutions</li><li>Prepare files for print and large-format production</li><li>Support a variety of projects across branding, marketing, and signage</li><li>Create logos and company branding</li><li>Create layouts for flyers, brochures, and booklets</li><li>Design and source apparel for local sports teams and organizations</li><li>Create digital content, including but not limited to social media, web ads, and e-newsletters</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (required)</li><li>Strong design skills with attention to detail</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li><li>Familiarity with Meta Business Suite is a plus (but not required)</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Flexible full-time or part-time schedule</li><li>Competitive hourly pay based on experience</li><li>Health, vision, and dental benefits</li><li>Paid vacation time</li><li>A creative, supportive, and community-focused work environment</li><li>Opportunity to work with a wide range of clients&mdash;from local favorites to larger organizations</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re passionate about design and want to be part of a team that values creativity, community, and collaboration, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!To Apply: Please send your resume and portfolio to apply@thegraphicworks.comPay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
