 Our client is a U.S.-based solar module manufacturer expanding domestic production capacity to support supply chain security and long-term market demand. The company is operating a newly launched manufacturing facility in the United States, currently scaling from initial production toward higher-volume, multi-shift operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Role
 
 
 
 
 The Quality Manager will lead all quality management activities at the manufacturing site, ensuring consistent product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer confidence during a critical scale-up phase. This role has full ownership of plant-level quality systems and works closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to embed process discipline without slowing execution.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Establish and maintain quality management systems covering incoming materials, in-process controls, and finished products
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee inspection, testing, traceability, and quality documentation across the full production flow
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead non-conformance handling, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate internal audits, customer audits, and external certifications as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Work directly with suppliers to resolve material quality issues and improve material consistency
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with production and engineering teams to improve yield, reliability, and process stability
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure quality standards are applied consistently as the factory transitions into multi-shift operations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline
 </li>
 <li>
 5&ndash;8+ years of quality management experience in solar manufacturing (pv module) is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and structured problem-solving tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to U.S. manufacturing quality and compliance requirements preferred
 </li>

 负责国际项目中的物流全流程管理，涵盖国际工程贸易与结算、工程保险、海外物流分包商的开发与维护，以及为国际项目经营提供物流方面的支持。
 
 
 
 二、岗位主要职责

 物流采购招标
 
 ：负责物流服务采购的招标工作，包括供应商入库、招标文件编制、组织或参与招标全过程。
 </li>
 <li>
 
 物流方案制定
 
 ：编制项目物流实施方案；组织对项目所在国物流环境进行实地考察，并据此形成可落地的方案。
 </li>
 <li>
 
 全程物流执行与监督
 
 ：
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 统筹并监督从国内出口报关、海上运输，到目的国进口清关及内陆运输的全流程；
 </li>
 <li>
 协助办理出口退税，组织免税申请并建立相关台账；
 </li>
 <li>
 管理物流分包商，确保物流工作顺利推进；
 </li>
 <li>
 根据项目工期制定物资发运计划，实时跟踪物流状态，及时处理异常情况。
 </li>

 投标阶段物流支持
 
 ：负责投标阶段的全程物流询价，提供物流成本测算；组织项目所在国路勘，出具详细路勘报告。
 </li>
 <li>
 
 市场分析与成本控制
 
 ：研究国际物流市场行情与趋势，识别并把握降本机会。
 </li>
 <li>
 
 履约与供应商考核
 
 ：确保物流供应商按分包合同及相关法律法规执行工作，保障服务质量，并定期开展供应商考核。
 </li>
 <li>
 
 供应商库建设与维护
 
 ：建立并维护全球合格物流供应商库，持续开发新供应商，维护现有供应商关系。
 </li>
 <li>
 
 国际工程结算配合
 
 ：根据EPC合同要求，配合完成国际工程结算相关工作。
 </li>
 <li>
 
 统筹规划能力
 
 ：具备国际项目物流管理的统筹规划经验。
 </li>
 <li>
 
 信息化管理经验
 
 ：具备一定的物流信息化管理经验。
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 三、任职条件
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 全日制本科及以上学历，物流、国际贸易、工程管理等相关专业；
 </li>
 <li>
 7年以上EPC工程或国际贸易管理工作经验，其中至少5年从事物流管理工作；
 </li>
 <li>
 熟悉国际工程项目物流及采购相关知识，有新能源行业背景者优先；
 </li>
 <li>
 熟悉国际工程项目进出口业务流程、国际贸易术语及海关相关政策；
 </li>
 <li>
 英语沟通能力良好，能够用英语进行日常沟通、商务谈判及合同签订；
 </li>
 <li>
 逻辑清晰，具备良好的内外部组织协调能力、沟通能力及团队协作能力；
 </li>
 <li>
 工作地点为杭州及海外项目现场，能根据项目需要派驻迪拜或中东北非、东南亚、欧亚、南非、中南美洲等海外项目部。
 </li>
