 Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

 Ensure proper DR procedures are in place and tested regularly.

 Participate in business continuity planning and simulations.

 Qualifications
 
 :
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications (optional but valued):
 </li>
 <li>
 ITIL Foundation or Intermediate
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP or similar project management certification
 </li>
 <li>
 CISSP (for security focus)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 7&ndash;10+ years in critical IT operations, preferably in financial markets or exchanges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of electronic trading platforms and high frequency systems.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Skills
 
 :
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems/TIBCO
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with monitoring tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash)
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of FIX protocols, market data feeds
 </li>
 </ul>

Systems Operations Manager

 Responsibilities:

 Develop the user experience by studying customer needs and practicing the best work methods, collect their comments and opinions, and knowing how these needs can be met and what products or services are required.

 <li>
 Review and develop work standards and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Write business rules and ensure their applicability to software and business programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work on continuous development of employees&rsquo; competencies and skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage groups of employees working in different branches and departments in the company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand and apply work rules and instructions issued by government/official authorities.
 </li>

 Follow up on periodic reports (daily, monthly).
 </li>

 Active contribution to meetings, which are managed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

 Listen to customers&rsquo; problems and work to solve them in a radical manner.

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

 At least 5 years of practical experience in a similar position

 Possess Analytical skills and administrative capabilities.
 </li>

 Worked and Achieved proven successes in User Experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive design skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Computer and software skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent business communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
 </li>
