This position is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and enjoy engaging with diverse customers.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare fresh pretzels and other menu items following established recipes and food safety guidelines</li><li>Serve beverages including craft beers, pints, and other drinks with enthusiasm and professionalism</li><li>Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including food handling stations, dining spaces, and equipment in accordance with sanitation standards</li><li>Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with accuracy</li><li>Assist with food prep, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations as needed to ensure smooth service flow</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Experience in food preparation, food service or quick service &amp; fast food restaurant environments</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic retail math skills are a plus</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently</li><li>Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently</li><li>Previous restaurant or caf&eacute; experience is highly desirable; retail or grocery store background is a bonus</li><li>Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers and team members confidently</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about delivering great food and memorable experiences! Summary:The Crew Member is responsible for performing a variety of duties within the Dunkin Donuts establishment which may include cleaning the food or stock areas, operating fryers &amp; microwaves, manning food preparation production line, assisting in the kitchen area, and maintaining inventory, performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management.
