Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment. This role involves developing and implementing curriculum tailored to the diverse needs of students, while promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to various learning styles.</li><li>Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing strategies that promote respect and responsibility among students.</li><li>Assess student progress through standardized testing and ongoing evaluations, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.</li><li>Provide individualized support for students with special needs through early intervention strategies.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and classroom activities.</li><li>Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in teaching methodologies.</li><li>Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.</li><li>Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and practices.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High School diploma or GED required</li><li>Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, including preschool or daycare environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with literacy education, math concepts, and physical education teaching methods.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>A desire to work</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $13.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
