Patient Care Partner- 2 Ross - Part Time

<div><p><b>Position Summary:</b></p><p>
The Quality Improvement Specialist-Registered Nurse (QIS-RN) supports the administration of The Guthrie Clinic's Nursing Quality Programs, supporting its quality-of-care improvements and patient safety activities, the QIS-RN serves as a facilitator, advisor and advocate to patients, providers, and the community. In supporting TGC's quality of care improvement activities, the position provides support through the coordination of collection, compilation, and aggregation of data. This position also provides project management services for the implementation and training of new systems, mining of new and existing systems and processes for actionable data, environment of care &amp; infection prevention floor audits, and acting where appropriate.</p><p>
This position directly reports to RPH VP/Chief Nursing Officer</p><p><b>
Education, License &amp; Cert:</b></p><p>
A Bachelors' Degree in Nursing is required.</p><p>
Healthcare experience preferred, Project Management, Process/Performance Improvement, Health Implementation, Data Analytics, Systems Science, or the like.</p><p>
Master's degree preferred.</p><p>
A Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred; the CPHQ must be obtained within 3 years of employment. (Required)</p><p><b>

Patient Care Partner - Med/Surg - Per Diem

<div><p><b>Position Summary:</b></p><p>
The Senior Director Epic programs will lead Epic and Clinical applications to include any new implementation and operational support across The Guthrie Clinic. The position of Senior Director Epic Programs is a unique opportunity to provide leadership and set strategy for all program/project plan activities including new deployments, optimization project management, internal consulting and educational support at all TGC locations. Reporting to the SVP &amp; Chief Information Officer (CIO), the role will be responsible for managing the Epic modules and the relationships to downstream clinical systems to include those not directly connected to Epic. The role is part of the IT leadership team who leads The Guthrie Clinic in the strategy, development and implementation of Information Technology to support Clinicians, clinical practice and clinical applications. The Senior Director must collaborate with key senior leaders on the clinical and administrative decision-making process. The role will be responsible to develop clinical systems strategy to optimizes the use of existing clinical systems, for nurses, physicians, and other multidisciplinary care providers, by attending to their information management needs. He or she performs all duties in a manner that promotes a multidisciplinary team concept and reflects the organization&rsquo;s mission and philosophy. The qualified candidate must be an engaging and transparent leader who maintains high visibility and demonstrates excellent communications skills.</p><p><b>
