This role involves supervising a team, ensuring high-quality work, maintaining job site safety, and communicating effectively with the owner and customers.This individual is expected to lead by example, delegate tasks based on team members&rsquo; skills, and ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to company standards. In addition to field management, the Foreman &amp; Crew Manager will handle basic administrative duties, such as job reporting and timecard review, while contributing to a positive and professional work environment.This is a full time year-round position to include spring and fall cleanups, snowplowing, and shop work in the winter.
