The Guys Place A Hair Salon for Men is hiring a part time hostess/ receptionist at our Cary - Crossroads location. If you are a great communicator, love working with people, are dependable and can multi-task with little direction, we'd love to hear from you! Please note this is not seasonal summer job, but a our goal is to hire someone willing to work longer term with us.<ul><li>Fast paced; the days definitely go by quickly.</li><li>Keep customers happy</li><li>Ensure a smooth running salon during our busy hours</li><li>Not a desk job. You do NOT need to know Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc</li><li>Interest in cosmetology a plus!</li></ul>Weekdays:<ul><li>We are open Mon-Thurs 9-8, Fri 9-7. Sat 8-5, Sun CLOSED.</li><li>This is a part time position with shifts during the week Thursdays (2-7PM) and Fridays (12-7PM) and every Saturday (10AM - 5 PM). This position averages roughly 15-20 hours a week.</li></ul>Pay: $14 per hour PLUS SOME TIPS.Responsibilities include:.<ul><li>Greet, check in and check out all customers.</li><li>Answer the phone with smile and book appointments.</li><li>Clean and sanitize salon.</li><li>Keep lobby clean and clutter free.</li><li>Wash / Dry / Fold / Stock towels.</li><li>Open / Closing / Hourly cleaning duties.</li><li>Ensuring excellent Customer Service</li></ul>Please do not go directly to the shop but apply through Indeed.Job Type: Part-timePay: $14.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
