Key Responsibilities:<ul>

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies focused on pharma, biotech, CROs, and medical research organisations.

<li>Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation with a focus on high-value enterprise accounts.

<li>Deliver product demos and explain complex tech clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

<li>Build and manage a healthy pipeline, lead outbound efforts, and report on sales performance to senior leadership.

<li>Oversee post-sale success in collaboration with customer success teams to drive retention and expansion.

Qualifications and Skills: 
<ul>
<li>
10+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience in clinical trials. 
</li>
<li>Proven track record selling into pharma, CROs, or clinical research environments. 
</li>
<li>Demonstrated success with enterprise deals and working across multiple stakeholder groups (clinical ops, IT, procurement). 
</li>
<li>Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 
</li>
<li>Comfortable working across global markets (EMEA, North America, Asia). 
</li>
<li>Experience leading sales in a startup or early-stage scale-up environment. 
</li>
<li>Confident working independently while building and evolving sales processes. 
</li>
<li>Technically literate, able to run demos and communicate product value clearly.</li>

Key Responsibilities:<ul>

<li>Proven cold calling experience.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.</li>
<li>Professional proficiency or native fluency in English.</li>
<li>Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, tools such as HubSpot, Slack, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.</li>
<li>Highly organized, consistent, and capable of managing multiple outreach streams simultaneously.</li>
<li>Genuine interest in healthcare, artificial intelligence, and automation.</li>
<li>Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where priorities and messaging may shift.</li>
