<div></div><div>ROLE SUMMARY:</div>
<div>The Line Cook will assist in the preparation of dishes following the restaurant&rsquo;s standard recipes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, has a positive attitude, and will thrive in a team environment.

<div></div><div>RESPONSIBILITIES:</div>
<ul><li>Prepare all menu items according to recipe requirements and adhere to product sensitivity and plate presentation guidelines.
</li><li>Work with speed and efficiency to ensure proper and timely output of restaurant menu items.</li>
<li>Ensure the compliance of nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.</li>
<li>Accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions.</li>
<li>Ensure ingredient freshness by checking for quality and keeping track of old and new items.</li>
<li>Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly.
</li><li>Properly set up workstation with all ingredients and cooking equipment.</li>
<li>Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by Head Chef.
</li></ul><div>REQUIREMENTS:</div>
<ul><li>Must have 2-3 years of culinary experience.</li>
<li>Must have at least 1 year experience in a high-volume kitchen.</li>
<li>Must be 18+ years of age.</li>
<li>Must be authorized to work in the United States.</li>
<li>Must be able to work in hot/cold, and/or wet areas.</li>
<li>Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs.</li>
<li>Must have a strong understanding of restaurant health and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.</li>
<li>Attentive and detail oriented.</li>

ROLE SUMMARY<br>
We are seeking a Floor Manager with experience in fine dining and high-volume restaurants. The Floor Manager will be responsible for daily restaurant operations along with training new staff. The ideal candidate must be energetic, organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILTIES:</div>
<ul><li>Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures.
</li><li>Oversee the new hire paperwork and training of new staff members.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, and employment.</li>
<li>Ensure cleanliness and restaurant appearance standards.</li>
<li>Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.</li>
<li>Respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by AGM and GM.</li>
<li>Other tasks as assigned.</li>

<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in a full-service, high-volume, fine dining establishment.</li>
<li>Must be 21+ years of age.</li>
<li>Must be authorized to work in the United States.
</li><li>Proven experience leading and managing a team in a high paced setting.</li>
<li>Must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of front and back house operations.</li>
<li>Great decision making and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Must have high energy, great communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team.</li>
<li>Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.

<li>Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations</li>
<li>Process payments adhering to cash handling and credit policies keeping proper track of all guest credit cards.</li>
<li>Perform all opening and closing duties as assigned.</li>
