<div></div><div><b>ROLE SUMMARY:</b></div>
<div>The Server Assistant (Busser) will provide personalized and immaculate guest service and an elegant dining experience by anticipating and providing for all guest needs/requests. They will assist in cleaning and resetting tables as well as maintaining cleanliness in common areas of the restaurant. The Server Assistant will also work with servers on all aspects of service as required. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast- paced environment. Open availability is preferred.</div>
<div></div><div><b>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</b></div>
<ul><li>Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate the needs of customers and other team members.</li>
<li>Assists servers with food &amp;beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.</li>
<li>Maintains cleanliness of stations with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, condiments, and bottled beverages.</li>
<li>Wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary.</li>
<li>Responsible for keeping the back of the restaurant clean and organized.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory and proper condition of equipment and operating supplies.</li>
<li>Communicates with management, and all other service staff regarding all customer needs comments or incidents.</li>
<li>Cleans all spills immediately and notifies other staff members about potential hazards.</li>
<li>Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned.</li>

<div></div><div><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></div>
<ul><li>A valid FL Certified Food Handlers card is required upon hire.</li>
<li>Must be 18+ years of age.</li>
<li>Must be authorized to work in the United States.</li>
<li>Previous relevant experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant is preferred.</li>
<li>Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs.</li>
<li>Must have excellent time management skills.</li>
<li>Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.</li>

<div>The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</div>
<div></div><div><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div>
<ul><li>Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.</li>
<li>Mix drinks accurately and quickly following all drink recipes.</li>
<li>Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations</li>
<li>Process payments adhering to cash handling and credit policies keeping proper track of all guest credit cards.</li>
<li>Perform all opening and closing duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Other tasks as assigned by manager.</li>
</ul><div><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></div>
<ul><li>Must have 2 years of high-volume, fine dining experience with strong knowledge of drink preparation.</li>
<li>Must have excellent understanding of classic bartending techniques.</li>
<li>Must have a valid CA Food Handlers Card and current Beverage Service certification.</li>
<li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li>
<li>Must be authorized to work I the United States.</li>
<li>Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.</li>
<li>Must have attention to detail.</li>
