<div></div><div><b>ROLE SUMMARY:</b></div>
<div>The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</div>
<div></div><div><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div>
<ul><li>Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.</li>
<li>Mix drinks accurately and quickly following all drink recipes.</li>
<li>Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations</li>
<li>Process payments adhering to cash handling and credit policies keeping proper track of all guest credit cards.</li>
<li>Perform all opening and closing duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Other tasks as assigned by manager.</li>
</ul><div><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></div>
<ul><li>Must have 2 years of high-volume, fine dining experience with strong knowledge of drink preparation.</li>
<li>Must have excellent understanding of classic bartending techniques.</li>
<li>Must have a valid CA Food Handlers Card and current Beverage Service certification.</li>
<li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li>
<li>Must be authorized to work I the United States.</li>
<li>Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.</li>
<li>Must have attention to detail.</li>
