Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our hospitality team at the Hampton Inn Redmond Bend Airport! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guest relations and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring front desk runs smoothly, and helping to elevate our services across the board. This role will also provide supplemental support to our sales team in a part-time capacity to help generate consistent revenue for the hotel.
