This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food and beverage service while contributing to a lively, fast-paced atmosphere.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met</li><li>Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations</li><li>Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills</li><li>Assist in catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by serving food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction</li><li>Uphold all food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication abilities</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings like nightclubs or busy restaurants</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines; knowledge of brewing processes is advantageous</li><li>Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently</li></ul>Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
