Overview We are looking to add a motivated person with team lead experience. Must have office furniture installation experience.This is a 1099 position, so you may dictate the schedule that works for you. Our typical work hours are 5:30a-2p, though can vary. Voluntary night and weekend work are available when jobs require them.This position involves assembling, installing, and troubleshooting a variety of office furniture pieces to ensure client satisfaction and seamless workspace setups. We are committed to providing a paid, engaging role where your skills make a tangible impact on our clients&rsquo; work environments.Responsibilities<ul><li>Carefully unpack and assemble office furniture components according to manufacturer specifications and project plans</li><li>Install desks, cubicles, conference tables, shelving units, and ergonomic accessories in commercial office spaces</li><li>Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete installations promptly</li><li>Conduct quality checks to ensure all furniture is securely assembled and properly positioned</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site, collaborating with team members or supervisors as needed</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after installations to promote safety and efficiency</li><li>Document completed work through detailed reports and communicate progress to project managers</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience in furniture assembly or installation is required</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings, diagrams, or assembly instructions clearly and accurately</li><li>Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects safely and stand for extended periods</li><li>Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving</li></ul>We are dedicated to fostering a positive work environment where your skills grow alongside exciting projects.
