Compensation:</b> $26.00 &ndash; $31.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications</li><li><b>

As our HR Coordinator, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support to our HR team while working in a vibrant school environment.
</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities Include:</b></h3><ul><li><b>
Employee Support:</b> Assist with onboarding new team members, provide HRIS system support, and answer general HR questions</li><li><b>
File Management:</b> Maintain electronic personnel files, manage document retention, and ensure compliance with record-keeping policies</li><li><b>
Benefits Administration:</b> Support benefit enrollment processes and open enrollment events</li><li><b>
Compliance:</b> Handle employment verifications, and ensure state/federal posting compliance</li><li><b>
Administrative Tasks:</b> Process invoices, generate reports, coordinate training events, and support special HR projects</li><li><b>
Data Management:</b> Maintain HRIS system integrity and generate various reports as needed</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We're Looking For</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Qualifications:</b></h3><ul><li>
Proven work experience in a human resources environment</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities</li><li>
Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion</li><li>
Strong time management skills</li><li>
Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor</li><li>
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively</li><li>
Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></h3><ul><li>
Experience with digital filing systems and document management (Dynafile or cloud-based platforms)</li><li>
Prior experience in a school, nonprofit, or small office setting</li><li>
Bilingual Spanish skills
