HAUFF HOMES looking for someone exceptional to step into a full-time secretary role. This position is essential to maintaining a well-run office, clear communication, and forward momentum across daily operations.This role will include both office support and personal assistant responsibilities. We are looking for someone who can manage day-to-day office operations while also handling administrative and personal support tasks as needed.We are looking for someone who is polished, dependable, highly organized, and fully capable of taking ownership of their responsibilities. This is NOT the right role for someone who needs constant direction, reminders, or repeated follow up.The right person should be:<ul><li>Highly organized and detail oriented</li><li>Reliable and dependable</li><li>Extremely self-driven and motivated</li><li>Punctual and dependable with scheduled start times</li><li>Able to take tasks from start to finish</li><li>Responsible for managing and following through on assigned tasks</li><li>Proactive and not someone who needs to be chased down</li><li>Adaptable and willing to learn new skills</li><li>Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems</li><li>Strong in communication and professional with clients and team members</li><li>Naturally good with people and able to make clients feel heard, valued, and taken care of</li><li>A self-learner who takes initiative to figure things out</li><li>Able to manage multiple moving parts and keep things on track</li><li>Knowledgeable in bookkeeping and comfortable handling basic financial tasks</li><li>Able to manage both office operations and personal assistant responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency</li><li>Construction and/or permitting experience, or experience in a similar field, is a plus but not required</li></ul>At Hauff Homes, how we operate behind the scenes matters.
