We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Estimation Manager specialized in Facility Management (FM) to support high-profile projects across Saudi Arabia.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Review and analyze client RFPs, scope of work, technical specifications, safety, and quality requirements.</li><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates for FM contracts, including hard services, soft services, IFM, and O&amp;M projects.</li><li>Lead competitive bid submissions for government, corporate, and mega-project FM tenders.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to align estimates with execution strategies.</li><li>Develop smart pricing strategies to increase win rates while ensuring profitability.</li><li>Review BOQs, contracts, and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.</li><li>Evaluate labor, material, equipment, and lifecycle costs against industry benchmarks in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Supervise and mentor a team of estimators while coordinating with operations, finance, and legal teams.</li><li>Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to clarify technical and commercial requirements.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (MEP, Civil, Industrial) or equivalent.</li><li>10+ years of experience in FM/O&amp;M estimation, with at least 7 years in Saudi Arabia or GCC.</li><li>Proven success in bidding for major players in KSA</li><li>Strong knowledge of the Saudi FM market, labor (Saudization), and market index.</li><li>Familiarity with CAFM, BMS, CMMS, and digital FM technologies.</li><li>Fluency in English and Arabic.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#65020;30,000.00 - &#65020;40,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Estimation: 7 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>
