We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our client's team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Facilities Management, with the ability to identify business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FM sector (hard and soft services, O&amp;M, MEP, cleaning, security, etc.).</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.</li><li>Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to design tailored service solutions.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle &mdash; from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.</li><li>Maintain an updated CRM with accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Facilities Management or O&amp;M sector in KSA.</li><li>Strong knowledge of FM services, tendering processes, and B2B client management.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets.</li><li>Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel across the Kingdom</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#65020;11,000.00 - &#65020;13,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Facilities Management: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Business Development: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
