Job PurposeTo promote the eye hospital&rsquo;s services, increase patient footfall, build strong referral networks, and enhance brand visibility through field marketing, doctor engagement, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach activities.2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Field Marketing &amp; Lead Generation<ul><li>Conduct daily visits to ophthalmologists, optometrists, optical shops, clinics, and general physicians for referral generation.</li><li>Visit schools, colleges, corporates, senior citizen groups, and local communities for eye screening awareness.</li><li>Promote hospital services such as cataract surgery, retina services, glaucoma, pediatric ophthalmology, LASIK, etc.</li><li>Generate leads, convert referrals into patient visits, and meet monthly targets.</li></ul>2.
