<ul><li>Monday &ndash; Wednesday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 4:30 PM</li>
<li>Thursday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 6:30 PM</li>
<li>Friday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 2:00 PM</li>

</ul><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Deliver comprehensive diagnostic, preventive, and restorative dental care</li>
<li>Create and implement personalized treatment plans for patients</li>
<li>Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative dental care</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health records</li>
<li>Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and medical providers for integrated care</li>
<li>Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuous professional development</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational standards</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program</li>
<li>Current and unrestricted Ohio Dental License</li>
<li>Community health or FQHC experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills</li>
<li>Culturally competent with a passion for working with diverse populations</li>
<li>Team player who thrives in a collaborative care environment</li>
