<div>The Senior Java Developer must be able to design the solution, communicate the design to internal and external customers for approval, implement, and maintain the solution moving forward with little supervision while driving the project to get completed and reporting on the progress along the way. This position requires experience in an Agile software development environment and hybrid collaboration Tues-Thursday onsite in our Tampa office.
<div>Key Responsibilities
 
<ul><li>Analyze, design, develop and implementation of software solutions for healthcare industry using Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL, Servlet, JDK, Windows, UNIX, JavaScript, HTML, Webservices, etc.
</li><li>Handle complex problems independently and demonstrates analytical thinking. Must be able to make judgements and recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation.
</li><li>Define and design application tiers; review, implement systems frameworks for security validation
</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies (Backlog grooming, Sprint planning etc.)
</li><li>Provide guidance to other resources and mentor new resources as needed
</li><li>Assign work to other team members as needed and review completed assignments.
</li></ul></div><div>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
 
<ul><li>7+ years of experience in enterprise Java development
</li><li>3+ years of experience in healthcare industry is preferred but not required
</li><li>Knowledge of reading/writing shell scripts, scheduling tools (Skybot, CRON, ETC) is preferred
</li><li>Must have experience with source control systems.
</li><li>Experience and ability to work in a constantly changing, fast paced, deadline driven environment.
</li><li>Previous experience with AWS is a plus

Your Impact
The Manager provides day-to-day SEO leadership for advanced/large clients, broadens overall engagements with cross-channel knowledge, and can lead more junior owned media personnel on enterprise-level clients. The Manager participates in new business pitches and helps shape the company&rsquo;s SEO product offering. This is a full-time role and requires 2 days per week in the office.

</li></ul>The estimated salary range for this position in Chicago is between $77,000 and $90,000. For NewYork City, the estimated salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
