Event Designer Requirements &ndash; LUXURY LINECore Skills &amp; Expertise<ul><li>Outstanding creativity with a strong sense of luxury aesthetics and detail.</li><li>Deep experience in high-end wedding and event design, including concept creation, space planning, and production visualization.</li><li>Ability to design realistic, large-scale wedding setups &mdash; not cartoonish or flat renderings.</li><li>Exceptional understanding of color harmony, textures, floral art, and architectural proportions.</li><li>Ability to translate a client&rsquo;s vision into 3D photo-realistic concepts that reflect real-world lighting, materials, and scale.</li></ul>Required Software Knowledge<ul><li>SketchUp &ndash; advanced level (for spatial design and 3D structure modeling).</li><li>AutoCAD &ndash; for precise measurements, floor plans, and technical layouts.</li><li>Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape / 3ds Max / Blender &ndash; for photo-realistic rendering and lighting effects.</li><li>Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva Pro &ndash; for presentation boards and fine-tuning visuals.</li><li>Microsoft Office or Google Workspace &ndash; for project documentation and client presentations.</li></ul>Technical &amp; Design Precision<ul><li>Strong command of accurate measurements and scaling for real venue spaces.</li><li>Ability to produce detailed layout plans, including seating arrangements, stage setups, and floral zones.</li><li>Understanding of event logistics, ensuring designs are not only beautiful but also practical and buildable.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 5+ years in luxury event or wedding design.</li><li>Proven portfolio of realistic, large-scale, luxury weddings or VIP events.</li><li>Experience coordinating with lighting designers, florists, and production teams.</li></ul>Personal Qualities<ul><li>Passionate about design excellence and perfection.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented, disciplined, and deadline-driven.</li><li>Dedicated to creating unforgettable, ultra-luxury experiences.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: BD300.000 - BD500.000 per month
