We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Marketing Specialist to manage sales promotions, coupon strategies, and product updates across our WooCommerce retail and wholesale websites. This role is essential for ensuring product accuracy, driving customer engagement, and supporting overall e-commerce growth through well-executed promotional campaigns.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Be part of the planning phase and set up, and manage coupons, discount codes, and promotional campaigns in WooCommerce.</li><li>Coordinate sales events (e.g., seasonal sales, flash sales, BFCM) to maximize revenue and customer retention.</li><li>Manage product updates across retail and wholesale websites, including:</li><li>Writing and updating product descriptions.</li><li>Ensuring price accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Updating product images, variants, and details as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to align coupon, sales, and product updates with broader campaigns.</li><li>Monitor promotion and product performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.</li><li>Conduct regular audits of WooCommerce promotions and product listings to prevent errors, conflicts, or expired information.</li><li>Ensure promotional and product messaging is consistent across the website, email, and paid ads.</li><li>Assist in testing promotional features and extensions to improve customer experience.</li><li>Stay updated on e-commerce best practices, WooCommerce updates, and competitor strategies.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably with WooCommerce.</li><li>Strong knowledge of WooCommerce coupon and product management functions (including advanced coupon plugins).</li><li>Experience managing product catalogs (descriptions, pricing, images).</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO, paid ads, and email marketing campaigns.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and customer service teams.</li></ul>Nice-to-Have:<ul><li>Experience with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and/or Meta Ads.</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce UX and conversion optimization.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing e-commerce brand.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive team environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $40,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mooresville, NC 28115
