Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you&rsquo;re there to take care of them</li><li>
Know regular guests by name; know their preferences and needs</li><li>
Make drink recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy</li><li>
Take food and beverage orders and enter orders in the POS</li><li>
Respond promptly and courteously to requests</li><li>
Communicate regularly with guests and anticipate their needs</li><li>

What you&rsquo;ll do:</b></div><ul><li>
Prior experience in a restaurant is great, but the ability to work as a team and a dynamic personality is even better.</li><li>
You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds.</li><li>
Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest</li><li>
Clear and clean tables after guests leave. This includes dishware, tabletops, chairs, booths, and the floor. Reset the table quickly for the next guest.</li><li>
Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment</li><li>
Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise</li><li>
Communicate with the guests, servers, hosts, and managers to ensure great customer service</li><li>
Availability to work weekends and some holidays</li><li>
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant</li></ul><div><b>

Have a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. Know basic cocktail recipes</li><li>
Keep it clean. You&rsquo;re fanatical about clutter.</li><li>
Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment</li><li>
Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise</li><li>
Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)</li><li>
Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, company policies and procedures</li><li>
Availability to work weekends and some holidays</li><li>
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant</li></ul><div><b>
