Summary: 


The Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition will lead full cycle recruiting for key business-critical roles and for all professional &amp; non-professional level roles. Full cycle recruiting includes candidate pipeline development, sourcing and assessment of candidates, ensuring a top-notch candidate experience, candidate calibration and offer development. This role will utilize a variety of sources for candidate generation including research (internal/external), networking, direct sourcing, internet recruiting, associations, advertising, industry events, employee referrals, community events and diverse organizations.

The role will utilize recruitment technology including applicant tracking systems, candidate resource management database, interview technology, and social platforms. The role will also oversee the offer and pre-employment process for all levels of recruitment. 


Summary of major duties: 
Sourcing/Recruitment: 

<ul><li>Responsible for executing approved sourcing strategies to generate a diverse pool of on-target candidates who are interested and qualified.</li><li>Build robust talent pipeline for key roles. As the initial candidate contact, this role is key in contacting prospects to generate interest in career opportunities and developing ongoing professional relationships with candidates.</li><li>Initiates telephone and email conversations with candidates who have not expressed an interest in The Hershey Company to present career opportunities, network and sell Hershey&rsquo;s employee value proposition.</li><li>Stays abreast of new tools, websites, and strategies for effective sourcing; tracks and monitors effectiveness of sourcing strategies.</li><li>Actively monitors and builds a presence on professional social networking sites, user groups, and blogs to capture active and passive talent.</li><li>Lead Campus recruitment focused on identifying and attracting young pool of candidates for various roles within the organization at the entry level.</li></ul> 


Pre-Employment Process: 

<ul><li>Leads pre-employment process (Requisiton creation, Medical, background) for all Pay level roles</li><li>Ensures HBP receives all relevant information for processing accurate and approved offer proposals and following our process and standards for Offer preparation &amp; discussion.</li><li>Partners with legal team/Hiring team to make decisions on questionable results for pre-employment</li></ul>

Recruitment Process: 
 
<ul><li>Expert knowledge of Hershey Talent Acquisition Policies and Procedures</li><li>Ensures timely update of Applicant Tracking System (Success Factors) and Candidate resource management (Eightfold) data throughout the recruitment process to guarantee accurate reporting data and active management of candidate and hiring manager expectations.</li><li>Works with SBTP &amp; Sr Manager TA on reporting needs for LT and Business.</li></ul></div> 

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:<div> 
<ul><li>Knowledge of a variety of sourcing tools, e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed Resume, Career Builder, Monster Resume, Naukri, social media, etc.</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with various levels within the organization and externally within the market</li><li>Knowledge of human resources including legal and regulatory compliance</li></ul></div> 


Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: 


Education: Master&rsquo;s in Business, Human Resources or related field (MBA). 
Experience: &bull; 4-5 years relevant experience in recruiting or Human Resources

Summary</div> 

 As a Category Analyst, you will serve as an advisor to and an analyst to the sales team and an indispensable partner to our Retailers and Distributors, driving development and implementation of category initiatives to meet and exceed financial objectives. The Category Analyst will be an expert in the pervasive application of insights to fuel category growth.
Key role is synthesizing business trends, competitive trends, shopper insights, financial insights, etc., to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive category growth across the store. The Category Analyst will influence the development and implementation of category lead initiatives for both seasonal and everyday business. Additionally, this role will support reporting functions for the team across the entire business.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide management with objective, comprehensive, consumer-based insights and actionable recommendations based upon that information for the CMG category 
</li>
<li>Support to identify and solve for key business issues through regular and ad hoc business analysis, including category reviews and line reviews. 
</li>
<li>Act as the indispensable consultative partner, driving projects to achieve financial objectives. Isolate potential growth opportunities for the category. 
</li>
<li>Develop and participate in cross- functional projects/teams to activate growth driving executions. Leverage business analysis and insights to create solutions that drive growth. Effectively utilize the company&rsquo;s insights and proprietary tools to drive profitable sales results.</li></ul>

<li>Effectively penetrate horizontally and vertically to align key stakeholders on category lead initiatives.</li>

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree Required

Experience: This position requires previous CPG Sales experience (approximately 1-3 years), advanced analytical skills, basic understanding of consumer\shopper behavior and market research strategies, and the ability to learn about consumer sales industry trends and working knowledge of the category management process.

Travel Expectations: Travel is required and can be up to 50%.

Role Overview 

Work Closely with Sales and Supply Chain function to drive growth in Omni Channel through Superior Fill Rate delivery 
 
 
 
ACCOUNTABILITIES 
<ul>
<li>Partner Customer service for OMNI Channel. Drive fill rates by improving forecasting and availability at depots. Work Closely with Sales team to drive business.
</li><li>Drive OMNI Supply chain strategy for Hershey including logistics Partnership, demand sensing and value added service to key accounts.
</li><li>Lead OMNI Logistics and work with accounts to optimize OMNI Cost to Serve
</li><li>Drive Depot Level Forecasting for OMNI channel through IDP and sales collaboration
</li><li>Drive Order Management for OMNI with accuracy and adherence.
</li><li>Effectively partner with Sales, and Logistics team to resolve issues around reconciliation and reduce sales returns
</li><li>Work with Key Customer Accounts to reconcile fill rates, update masters &amp; drive joint business plans</li></ul> 


QUALIFICATIONS
