The GCC Manager &ndash; Intake, Transition &amp; Organizational Change Management (OCM) is responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of new capability onboarding into the Global Capability Center (GCC). This role oversees demand intake, business case development, transition execution, stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, and change adoption to ensure seamless migration of processes, services, and teams into the GCC.</p>

<div><p>The role serves as the primary liaison between business functions, retained organizations, GCC operations, HR, IT, and external partners to drive successful transitions while minimizing operational risk and maximizing business value. The position is accountable for ensuring that people, process, technology, and governance components are effectively integrated and that organizational changes are adopted and sustained.</p>

Accountabilities</b></h2>
</div><div><p>1. Intake &amp; Demand Management</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the intake and evaluation process for new capabilities, services, and functions proposed for GCC delivery.</li>
<li>Partner with business leaders to assess operational, financial, and strategic opportunities.</li>
<li>Support development of business cases in partnership with Finance organization, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI projections, productivity opportunities, and transition investment requirements.</li>
<li>Facilitate prioritization decisions based on business value, capacity, risk, and strategic alignment.</li>
<li>Govern the intake pipeline and maintain visibility of future transition opportunities.</li>
<li>Present recommendations and proposals to executive leadership and governance committees.</li>
</ul>
<p>2. Transition Management</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end transition programs from planning through stabilization and hypercare.</li>
<li>Develop and manage detailed transition plans, milestones, resource requirements, and dependency tracking.</li>
<li>Coordinate knowledge transfer activities, process documentation, SOP development, competency testing, and operating model design.</li>
<li>Establish transition governance, RAID management, readiness assessments, and stage-gate reviews.</li>
<li>Partner with business, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and external service providers to ensure successful execution.</li>
<li>Drive service readiness and operational acceptance prior to go-live: ensure the GCC environment is ready for &quot;Day 1&quot; (IT access, seating, security protocols, and cultural onboarding).</li>
<li>Monitor transition KPIs and ensure achievement of project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.</li>
</ul>
<p>3. Organizational Change Management (OCM)</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies supporting GCC transformation initiatives.</li>
<li>Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations.</li>
<li>Design and implement communication, engagement, training, and adoption plans.</li>
<li>Establish change champion networks and leadership engagement programs.</li>
<li>Manage organizational resistance and facilitate change adoption across impacted functions.</li>
<li>Support the evolution of retained organizations toward governance, oversight, and value-added responsibilities.</li>
<li>Measure adoption, organizational readiness, and business outcomes post-transition.</li>

</div><div><p>Education</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.</li>
<li>Master's degree or MBA preferred.</li>
</ul>
<p>Experience</p>
<ul>
<li>8&ndash;12+ years of experience in shared services, GCC operations, business transformation, consulting, PMO, or change management.</li>
<li>Proven experience leading large-scale transitions, outsourcing engagements, or capability migrations.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success managing organizational change programs in global and matrixed environments.</li>
<li>Experience preparing executive presentations, business cases, and governance materials.</li>
</ul>

The Payroll Coordinator role at the Hazleton Hershey plant is responsible for the end-to-end execution of a weekly payroll for all hourly employees. This role requires a thorough understanding of the plant&rsquo;s Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) to ensure all wages, benefits and union-specific deductions and rules are applied accurately and timely. This role serves as a critical liaison between the plant&rsquo;s operational teams and the finance department, managing policy standards dictated by the CBA and federal labor laws.</div><br>

Role Responsibilities</b>:</div><br>

Weekly Payroll Execution: Perform full-cycle processing of a weekly payroll utilizing the SAP Payroll System programs. Process includes manual data entry, verification of worked hours and ensuring all payments are distributed.</div><br>

<div>
Union Contract Compliance: Interpret and apply complex CBA pay rules regarding job &amp; work schedule classifications, shift differentials and overtime thresholds to ensure accurate gross earnings. Act as primary point of contact for pay inquiries.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Timekeeping &amp; Data Integrity: Audit automated timecards for accuracy, reconciling discrepancies with floor supervisors and plant management. Support payroll optimization and standardization. Partner with IS &amp; business system enhancements for automated and accurate processing.</div><br>

<p>
Record Maintenance: Ensure all employee master data files are up to date including changes to rates, work schedules and position classifications. Analyze payroll and timekeeping data on an ongoing basis to identify potential for missing or erroneous data.</p>
<p>
Reporting &amp; Auditing: Ensure all Sarbanes Oxley controls are in place and function adequately throughout the year. Assist in periodic internal and external audits by providing accurate payroll registers and supporting documentation. Generate ad hoc reports for management and government compliance as required (IE. Workers Compensation, Garnishments, Union Dues etc.).</p>
<p>
Administrative Duties: Create employee ID badges for use with timeclocks, participate in new employee orientation including explanation of timekeeping processes/procedures and payroll rules. Handle bank deposits and all miscellaneous cash receipts. Other duties as defined by the Plant Controller/Senior Accountant.</p>
