Job Opening, Full-Time 32+ hours per week:We&rsquo;re Hiring a Front Desk Sales position at THE HIDDEN SPA, a combo Medi-Day Spa in Downtown Statesville.<ul><li>Do you love people and getting to know them?</li><li>Are you a self-starter who can work well both independently and with a team?</li><li>Do you have a strong attention to detail and impeccable follow-up skills?</li><li>Are you looking to help people look and feel their best at a company that could be your long-term home?</li></ul>If you answered YES to these questions, you could be the perfect fit for this role!Here at THE HIDDEN SPA a Medi-Day Spa. we are looking for a stellar Front Desk Salesperson with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people.THE HIDDEN SPA offers results-oriented services coupled with highly personalized services.Among other things, your responsibilities will include: <ul><li>Explaining services and their benefits to clients and potential clients.</li><li>Warmly answering phone calls, replying to client emails and texts to book appointments and handle client requests.</li><li>Ensuring clients understand cancellation policy and enforcing cancellation policy when needed.</li><li>Welcoming new and returning clients with hospitality and care.</li><li>Giving spa tours, studying and understanding our services, spa packages and why we are the best choice for their spa services.</li><li>Suggesting add-on services to increase service sales, and reduce gaps in provider schedules.</li><li>Ensuring release forms are signed and up to date to protect clients and The Hidden Spa.</li><li>Checking clients in and out of their services, asking follow-up questions to ensure their satisfaction.</li><li>Rebooking clients before they leave, including suggesting add-ons and extended services.</li><li>Customer support via phone, email, social media, text, and in person.</li><li>Tracking metrics for Spa CEO.</li><li>Meeting retention, service sales and retail sales goals.</li><li>Light cleaning duties.</li></ul>The position requires: <ul><li>Impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Warm and professional appearance and demeanor including being well groomed, fresh and an excellent first impression for clients</li><li>Positive energy</li><li>Problem solver</li><li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through</li><li>Outgoing, go-getter personality</li></ul>The ideal candidate will: <ul><li>Be trustworthy and confident to work closely with our clients</li><li>A self-starter who does not require micromanagement</li><li>Comfortable with learning new client management systems</li><li>Basic understanding of technology</li><li>Reliable, responsible, accountable</li><li>Comfortable selling services, packages, memberships and products</li><li>Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent</li><li>Passionate about the aesthetics and wellness industry</li><li>Contribute to our team culture</li></ul>We offer quality skin services, massage therapy, and relaxation experiences in an upscale environment by licensed, qualified professionals. That means following all state guidelines including licensing requirements, sanitation practices, client privacy and respect for one another.BENEFITS:Training provided on products, services, and technology used in our practiceComplementary treatments on a monthly basisCompensation starts at $16/hour during the training period of 90 days.Increase to $18/hour and opportunity to earn commissions after 90 day probationary period.Includes Holiday pay, and accrual of PTO after 90 day probationary period.THE HIDDEN SPA observes the following paid holidays each year for full-time Employees:<ul><li>New Year&rsquo;s Day</li><li>Independence Day</li><li>Thanksgiving Day</li><li>Christmas Day</li><li>Birthday Holiday</li></ul>Holidays that fall on a Sunday or Monday are exempt from Holiday pay, as those are regular off days.This is a Full Time position with work days Tuesday- Saturday.
