<div>We are seeking a dedicated (CMA/LPN) HR/Staffing Coordinator to join our Long Term Care team.
Your role will involve:<ul><li>
Managing all aspects of staffing, from recruiting new hires to maintaining staff records.</li><li>
Develop staffing strategies, sourcing and hiring candidates, maintaining relationships with our pool of staff, and ensuring all staffing needs are met promptly and efficiently.</li><li>
Our ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, an understanding of HR procedures, and a knack for problem-solving.</li><li>
Ultimately, the role of the Staffing Coordinator is to ensure our company is staffed with qualified, competent individuals to help us achieve our business goals.</li></ul> 
Additional Duties:<ul><li>
Working the floor if and when we are short staffed</li><li>
Communicate with payroll regarding time and pay discrepancies</li><li>
Be on the on-call rotation</li><li>
Ensure employees are clocking in/out<ul><li>
As well as ensuring they've been put into ADP and have their badge number</li></ul></li><li>
Run daily clock in reports to ensure schedule staff are in the building</li></ul></div>
