<p>Job Summary<br/></p><p>Hours: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday-Friday)<br/>Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00<br/></p><p>Picks and packs customer orders in a high-volume zone picking station; maintains established productivity and accuracy standards.<br/></p><p>Essential Job Functions *<br/></p><ul><li>Uses a hand scanner to determine order requirements</li><li>Pulls the correct product from the stock area and packs it into the appropriate boxes</li><li>Meets required daily productivity standards for lines picked per hour</li><li>Ensure that work meets quality standards</li><li>Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies to accomplish job results without waste</li><li>Uses knowledge and experience to resolve basic operating problems; reports other problems to the manager</li><li>Maintains a current knowledge of operating procedures and company products</li><li>Maintains a clean and organized work environment</li></ul><ul><li>This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Job Summary</b></div><br>

Tests, evaluates, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs products at various stages of production and returned from the field. Compiles statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products. Responds to customer requests for product data and tracks, organizes, and reports on customer product issues and complaints. Assists in resolving product issues, updating Bill of Materials, and building a product information database.</div><br>

Essential Job Functions *</b></div><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li>Problem solving, light PC repair and PC software navigation</li>
<li>Failure analysis and data entry</li>
<li>Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams or formulas and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.</li>
<li>Selects products for test at specific stages in production process or failed products returned from the field; identifies necessary equipment and supplies needed.</li>
<li>Utilizes test equipment to conduct tests or experiments requiring selection, adaptation and/or modification of test equipment and test procedures, testing for a variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, mechanical, electrical, or chemical characteristics.</li>
<li>Records and evaluates test data, prepares graphs or charts for analysis and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.</li>
<li>Performs destructive and non-destructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, material characteristics or root cause of failure.</li>
<li>Trouble shoot mechanical and electrical systems to the failed component level; performs specialized failure analysis product testing; inputs troubleshooting data into the database.</li>
<li>Assist in writing or modifying test, repair, and adjustment procedures.</li></ul><br>

Education &amp; Experience</b></div><br>

<li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 2-5 years&rsquo; experience in a related field. Vocational School in Quality and 0-2 years&rsquo; experience in a related field.</li>
</ul><ul><li>An understanding of basic quality techniques and principals and prior experience as a Quality Technician.</li>
<li>An understanding of basic trouble shooting, problem solving and testing procedures.</li>
<li>Prior experience analyzing electromechanical and electronic circuits and components.</li>
<li>Basic experience troubleshooting and repairing computers and monitors.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of parallel and serial communication hardware.</li></ul><br>

<li>Basic Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and schematics as well as ability to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.</li>
<li>Ability and experience using basic quality inspection tools and electronic testing equipment.</li>
<li>Good math, and analytical skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Good problem solving and trouble shooting skills.</li>
<li>Experience documenting test results in graphs and charts.</li></ul><br>
