About the Role: 
We&rsquo;re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Diagnostics &amp; Manufacturing Technician to join our production team in Lansdale, PA. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for reviewing system error codes, troubleshooting issues, and making small mechanical or electronic adjustments to ensure equipment runs efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Review and interpret diagnostic and error codes from manufacturing equipment</li><li>
Perform basic mechanical and electrical adjustments to machinery</li><li>
Monitor production processes and report recurring issues to maintenance or engineering teams</li><li>
Assist in preventative maintenance and machine calibration</li><li>
Document findings and repairs accurately in maintenance logs</li><li>
Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
1+ year of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or equipment diagnostics preferred</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret basic technical documentation or schematics</li><li>
Comfortable using diagnostic tools and software</li><li>
Mechanically inclined and eager to learn new systems</li></ul></div>
